Cotton Blossom Gardens is such an open space of fresh air! During the summer, Cotton Blossom Gardens had a handful of wonderful visitors come to the garden and learn about the land, how its being utilized and how were carrying on tradition and being self-sustainable with love and respect.

COMMUNITY ORGANIZING
Community is important in all forms. By establishing relationships, we build community. Cotton Blossom Gardens provides expectational leadership and organization skills. In 2020, before Cotton Blossom Gardens was established, Co-Owner Janice Lucero, co-founded Isleta Pueblo Voters Alliance. A grass roots nonpartisan organization who's mission is to Empower and Educate Isleta Pueblo Tribal Members to exercise their right to vote. In 2021, Cotton Blossom Gardens organized the StoryRiders Bike Initiative that took place in the Pueblo Of Isleta. In October, 2021, Cotton Blossom Gardens organized the annual 5k Virtual run, I Will Run For Them, for the Coalition to Stop Violence Against Native Women.
